If your SenselApp won't open and keeps crashing, it could be because you have Citrix products installed. This is a common issue. There might be other software that blocks the serial port for the Morph, as well. We have seen issues with Native Instruments helper drivers and UPS battery backup software "PowerPanel Personal Service" and "PowerPanel Personal Service Monitor" from Cyberpower cause this issue in rare cases.
The only way to fix it is by uninstalling Citrix or other offending drivers. It might be possible to pause it, as well.
You can also try moving the preferences so the SenselApp creates new ones on application launch. Preference files are located:
On Windows, we've had reported success by using the Device Manager to uninstall and reinstall the COM port multiple times.
The classic troubleshooting move of restarting the computer is often very helpful.
